Leadership enhancement and attitude development

PSFI provides Leadership Enhancement and Attitude Development (LEAD) workshops for its trainees to become acquainted with their role as PSFI scholars and the responsibilities that it entails. The three-day psycho-social sessions are conducted to mold the scholars’ character by imbibing the right values and work ethics to prepare them for the world of work. LEAD is now an integral part of all PSFI programs, promoting positive values to beneficiaries such as teachers, housewives, farmers, out-of-school youths, and health workers.
