Sustainability report

We began reporting voluntarily on our social and environmental performance with the first Shell Report that covered 1997. We do it to be open and honest, and to show how we are contributing to sustainable development.

The Shell companies in the Philippines publication Sustainable Development (SD) in Action 2010 provides an update on Shell’s various initiatives to help meet the country’s growing energy needs in economically, environmentally and socially responsible ways. We have been producing an annual publication on our SD actions as part of our continuing commitment to report on performance and to regularly engage with our stakeholders.
