Assign each card to a driver and/or a vehicle. Choose to allocate cards to a specific cost centre.
Choose odometer entry prompts with each fuel purchase. This helps you calculate fuel consumption and monitor driver behaviour.
Our offer may be flexible, but one thing we’re firm on is security. By your choice, Shell Cards are protected by a compulsory PIN code, which is sent to you through our new secured PIN mailer. This will ensure that only the cardholder will be privy to the newly issued PIN.
Your Shell Card has a validity period of 48 months. After this time it is automatically changed free of charge.
Should you need to block a card, you can do so immediately by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once we receive your confirmation in writing, Shell accepts liability on all subsequent transactions.
Whenever possible, transactions are validated online to give you maximum control.
Our dedicated fraud teams are always on the alert for irregular behavior. They will contact you as soon as they see any evidence that there might be a problem.
