Invoicing and Payment
See how the invoicing process works, what options you have and how to pay.
Use Shell Cards for your transport costs to simplify the payment process. Your on-the-road expenses are displayed in a single, clear invoice for a better cost overview and reduced administration.
Invoicing Procedure
After refuelling on-site the drivers will only be given the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) (DOC, 243 KB) - opens in new window Terminal Transaction Slip as reference on the amount and volume of fuel loaded. To your convenience the individual receipts will be consolidated in the form of a single VAT Invoice that will be forwarded to your company within the first week of the new month. Your company will then receive the following documents with the transactions of the previous month:

- Statement of Account (PPT, 283 KB)

Payments
Payments are made over the counter through any Banco De Oro (BDO) branch. To identify which BDO branch is closest to you, please search BDO website - opens in new window.
