Shell Philippines most preferred employer in oil & energy sector

Shell Philippines is the only oil and energy company included in the top ten most desirable companies to work for in the country, based on the Top Companies Report 2015 by Jobstreet.com Philippines, an affiliate of Jobstreet.com, Southeast Asia’s largest online employment company.

Furthermore, Shell Philippines improves its overall standing in list, jumping to the fourth spot this year from a previous sixth position, proving its strength as an employer brand.

Based on Jobstreet.com’s survey, the three key factors that attract jobseekers to work for Shell Philippines are quality leadership, work-life balance, and compensation.
