Shell companies in the Philippines (SciP) represents various entities operating in the following: (1) Downstream business through Shell Pilipinas Corporation or SPC, (2) Business Operations through our SBO Manila centre and, more recently, in the (3) New Energies space through Shell Energy Philippines, Inc. Commencing its operations in 1914, SciP has grown to be one of the Philippines’ largest investors, directly employing more than 5,000 people nationwide.

Shell Pilipinas Corporation (SPC)

Shell Pilipinas Corporation (SPC, Shell Pilipinas , or the Company) is primarlity engaged in the importation and marketing of gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, fuel oil, lubricants, bitumen and other petroleum products.

Our mobility network continues to expand, with around 1,100 mobility sites catering to motorists nationwide. We also provide non-fuel retail offerings through our fast-growing network of service centers, Shell Select convenience stores, and deli2go outlets nationwide.

We have an integrated supply chain composed of 24 fuel terminals and supply points, 10 lubricant warehouses, two specialities facilities, and three import facilities.

Shell Business Operations - Manila (SBO-Manila)

SBO Manila continues to provide professional support to our various Shell operations around the globe. Since its commencement in 2004, the company has grown from less than 50 staff to, currently, more than 4000 employees. Its expansion is testimony to the Filipino professionals’ world-class service and a significant contribution to the Shell Group’s operational excellence. SBO Manila is supporting over 150 Shell companies, in more than 50 countries, supporting about 28,000 Shell Staff worldwide, offering 7 different language support. Around 50% of its workforce is comprised of Finance & Data professionals, however, it also has teams and individual contributors who are part of Shell’s other major businesses and functions in Downstream, HR & Corporate, Contracts & Procurement and Projects & Technology.

Pilipinas Shell Foundation, Inc. (PSFI)

Established in 1982, PSFI is an independent non-profit organisation that implements social investment projects in the country designed to help underserved communities become more productive and responsible members of society. PSFI has benefited more than 15 million people all over the country through its community development programmes.
