Promoting Innovative Energy Solutions at the Great British Festival

Celebrating British culture and innovation, Shell was among the companies present at the Great British Festival at the Glorietta 2 activity center last Feb 23, 2018.

Shell highlighted how it is solving the energy challenge through its 4 focus areas: Make the Future, The Bright Ideas Challenge, Malampaya Deepwater Gas-to-Power Project, and Future Cities.
During the festival opening, Shell heightened the excitement and interest of the public by using interactive exhibits to explain how Shell, as an innovative energy company, is working towards a bright energy future by providing cleaner energy solutions.
Visitors participated in the Future Cities quiz, in which they discovered the city that suits them best based on their lifestyle preferences and ideal energy scenario.
The Malampaya Deepwater Gas-to-Project was also featured as a positive legacy in providing the Philippines safe, reliable, and cleaner energy resource. Through the Malampaya quiz, guests were able to dive into how Malampaya birthed the Natural Gas industry in the country.
Shell also displayed Make the Future’s call for collaboration to bring bright energy ideas into action.
Simultaneously, “The Bright Ideas Challenge Fair and Exhibit” encouraged students to explore innovative energy solutions which might be the answer to tomorrow’s energy challenges.
