Shell Select Fun-tastic Summer Promo

1. Promo duration is from April 15 to June 15, 2024.

2. Customers will get 1 e-raffle entry for every P200 single-receipt spent on participating categories within Shell Café, Shell Select, and Shell Deli2Go

3. Customers will get an additional 1 e-raffle entry for every purchase of any of the featured products:

4. Only transactions that meet minimum purchase requirement of PHP 200 are qualified to earn an e-raffle entry.

5. PHP 200 is based on net value of the transaction (less discounts, etc.) On-demand delivery (GrabMart & PandaMart) orders are not included.

6. Participating categories are as follows: Food, Food Service, Groceries, Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Alcoholic Beverages, Non-Food, Perishables, Tobacco, and Snacks.

7. Purchase of items in the following categories are not qualified to earn e-raffle entries: Fuels, Lubricants, Carwash, Lubricants Service, Other NFR Services, Phonecards, Carbon Offset & In-store Services.

8. Each raffle entry gives customers a chance to win a Travel Package worth P40,000 per raffle draw based on the following:

9. Shell Go+ members with qualified transactions, will receive a push notification to confirm the number of entries they earned from the previous day on the following day.

10. At the end of each week (week starts on Mondays and ends on Sundays) an email notification will be sent to Shell Go+ members who earned e-raffle entries on the number e-raffle entries they earned for the week. Emails will be sent every Wednesdays.

11. Only Shell Go+ members who are opted-in to receive communications on their Shell Go+ app will receive the notification.

12. Shell Go+ members who are not opted-in cannot receive the notification to confirm their e-raffle entries. However, should they win in the e-raffle draw, they will be sent a service notification to inform them of their winning.

13. In case of site system downtime, Shell Go+ members will still receive their e-raffle entry/ies once the system is back online.

14. If a member fails to receive his/her raffle entry/ies, members can send their inquiries via the Shell Customer Service Center. Disputes will only be entertained during the promo period, any disputes raised after the promo period will no longer be entertained.

15. Only raffle entries earned within the ‘Covered Transaction Period’ will be considered for each draw date as scheduled.

16. Raffle draws will be held in the presence of a DTI representative and drawn winners will be acknowledged and verified by the same DTI representative.

17. Winners’ names will be announced via the Shell Philippines Official Facebook page, and Shell Pilipinas Corporation’s official website: https://www.shell.com.ph/ within a maximum of 14 days after the draw date.

18. Raffle Draw winners will be contacted by a Shell representative via registered mail, email, SMS, or call based on the contact information provided by the Shell Go+ member in their Shell Go+ mobile app profile for verification.

19. Raffle Draw winners will be required to provide a Valid Government ID as proof of ownership over the Shell Go+ account drawn during the raffle and as proof of compliance.

20. Raffle Draw winners will be given a maximum of 60 days to confirm the redemption of their prize and validate their account ownership to the Shell representative, in compliance with DTI regulations.

21. Personal Identifiable Information of raffle draw winners will be shared with the DTI representative for documentation, in compliance with DTI regulations.

22. The list of announced raffle draw winners will be final, in compliance with DTI regulations.

23. Winners can only win once during the entire duration of the promo.

24. The number of entries will reset to zero (0) after each Covered Period.

25. Travel voucher is non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash and must be redeemed within one (1) year from date of issuance.

26. Winners should present the original certificate upon booking. Original certificate/voucher should be presented upon claiming of any travel services.

27. Should the travel cost exceed the value of the voucher/certificate, the balance is on the account of the redeemer upon finalization of the booking.

28. Bookings must be made at least three weeks before the departure date. Travel services such as hotel accommodation, tours, transfers, and airline seats are subject to availability at the time of booking request; prior reservations are required.

29. Confirmation or update on the travel request will be sent within 48 hours after receipt of the request.

30. Prizes are exclusive of taxes to be paid by Shell.

31. Promo is valid for cash, credit card, and mobile wallet transactions only.
