Customer Operations encompasses the entire chain of customer-facing activities by representing Shell in dealing with external business partners. They partner with over a dozen businesses and functions, including Lubricants, Marine, Aviation, Specialties, Retail, Commercial Fleet, Supply Chain, Order to Delivery, Finance Operations and Credit, to provide the best in market customer experience and deliver business value at an affordable cost.
