Shell and Alternergy Partner to Develop Offshore Wind in the Philippines

Shell Overseas Investment B.V. (“Shell”) and Alternergy Holdings Corporation, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Pililla AVPC Corporation, ("PACO is hereafter referred to as Alternergy”) today formally announced the agreements that both parties have recently entered into a partnership to jointly explore the vast offshore wind potential in the Philippines.
