You can never be friends with your family, they say. For April and Anita, it’s the exact opposite by calling their friends “family.”
“We are a group of family friends, 3 families. Friendship is the most important thing. Friends are like the family you choose. We are on our way to Tagaytay to eat out and just chill. We do this at least once every quarter. We go out of town, we meet up and go wherever. The kids play and swim. And the adults eat, play games and talk. Anita is a very good cook.
