Mechanics:

• Promo period is from November 1 to January 15, 2022.
  
• Valid in 50 Participating Shell Stations in South Luzon - open to all Shell Customers.
  
• Four-wheeled Customers will get (1) raffle coupon for a min single receipt purchase of:
  • Shell FuelSave worth P1,500; or
  • Shell V-Power worth P1,000
• Two-wheeled and Three-wheeled Customers will get (1) raffle coupon for a min single receipt purchase of:
  • Shell FuelSave worth P150; or
  • Shell V-Power worth P125
    
• NOTE: Shell Go+ members can get twice the number of raffle coupons when they present their valid Shell GO+ card/app.
  
• Receipts will be stamped as proof that coupons have already been given. Customer must make sure that coupons received are in good condition before signing redemption form
  
• Customers must fill out the raffle coupon with complete details (full name, address, contact details) and affix their signature.
  
• A designated drop box will be made available at each participating Shell site where customers may drop their raffle coupons. Same site redemption only.
• Deadline of submission of entries is on January 15, 2022 at 11:59PM, or by the closing time of the participating Shell station on the same date.
• There will be 1 winner from each of the 50 participating stations for a brand new TVS RTR APACHE 180 CARB motorcycle.
• The Raffle draw will be held on January 28, 2022 simultaneously at each participating site.
  • Retailers will coordinate with the DTI representative from their respective LGUs on facilitating the raffle draw – as a requirement, a DTI representative should be present when winner will be drawn per site.
• Customers must keep a copy of both the receipt and raffle coupon.
• Winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS and e-mail.
• The 20% prize tax and cost of vehicle registration will be shouldered by the winner.
• Redemption of prizes is valid within 60 days upon receipt of notice.
• To claim the prizes, winner must present at least two (2) government IDs and the winning raffle coupon.
• Prizes are not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other products/services.
• Promo is valid for cash, credit card, and mobile wallet transactions – including PO accounts.
• Bulk and Fleet account customers are not included in this promotion.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing promotions and discounts.
• By participating in this raffle all participants and winner(s) grant Shell Pilipinas Corporation exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Shell Website, or Official Shell Facebook Page.
• Retailers and their employees and relatives up to the 2nd degree are not eligible to join the promo. Employees of Shell Companies in the Philippines, the Shell Stations, their Advertising, BTL, PR, Digital and Media agencies, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified to join the raffle draws.
