UnionBank Shell Power Fuel Savings Promo

1. UnionBank Shell PowerFuel Savings: Up to ₱12 off per liter (the “Promo”) will run every Wednesday from June 17, 2026 to September 16, 2026 for participating Shell stations nationwide.

2. The Promo is open to principal and supplementary cardholders of UnionBank Shell Power Card (the “Card”) that have been locally issued in the Philippines by UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank”), and are active and in good credit standing with available spend limit, as applicable, at the time of purchase and conversion, and who are not prohibited under applicable gifts, anti-bribery and corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for the Promo. Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, corporate accounts, and U.S. persons are not eligible to participate in the Promo.

3. Under the Promo, the Cardholder can enjoy up to ₱12.00 fuel savings per liter, as follows:

• ₱6.00 per liter (“Discount”)
  Shell V-Power Gasoline
  Shell V-Power Diesel
  Shell V-Power Racing
  Shell FuelSave Gasoline
  Shell FuelSave 95
• ₱3.00 per liter (“Discount”)
  Shell FuelSave Diesel
  The discount shall be provided outright when the Cardholder fuels up with qualified Shell fuels at participating Shell stations nationwide using their UnionBank Shell Power Card. Discount is capped at forty (40) liters or ₱240.00 per transaction. Only one (1) qualified fuel transaction per day, per cardholder.
• Up to ₱6.00 per liter (“Rebate”) - The Cardholder shall also be entitled to a rebate of up to 5% based on the total price of qualified fuel purchased, subject to a cap of ₱6.00 per liter. The rebate shall be reflected in the Cardholder’s next billing cycle.

4. Rebates are subject to the Shell Card Terms and Conditions. Actual savings may vary depending on the UnionBank Shell Power card variant, fuel price, and card usage.

5. To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must make a single-receipt purchase worth at least ₱2,500.00 of Shell V-Power or Shell FuelSave fuels. The Cardholder must present the Card at participating Shell stations prior to fueling during the Promo Period and use the same Card to settle the transaction.

6. Only one (1) qualified fuel transaction per day will be eligible for the Promo. The outright discount will immediately be deducted from the total bill of the transaction, while the rebate will be credited in the applicable billing cycle subject to the approved promo mechanics.

7. Shell fuel transactions may still earn Shell Go+ points or SMAC points when customers present their valid Shell Go+ app or SM Advantage Card, subject to the rules of those programs.

8. For the avoidance of doubt, the following customers or purchases are not qualified for purposes of the Promo: (a) Purchase Order (“PO”), bulk, and fleet account customers; and (b) fuel purchases for delivery vans, public light bus, taxis, bus, truck, heavy-duty reconditioned vehicles, and other vehicles for hire.

9. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or participation in the Promo may result in disqualification of the Cardholder or Availer from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges, or charging of the cost of the fuel discount to the Cardholder’s UnionBank credit card, at UnionBank’s discretion, without prejudice to any legal action that UnionBank may take.

10. In case of dispute regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, or similar matters, UnionBank’s decision will prevail, with the concurrence of DTI where applicable. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any request will be resolved by UnionBank.

11. This Promo offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Shell promotions or discounts that apply to fuel purchases unless explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions. However, it may be combined with Shell Go+ or SMAC promotions that offer benefits unrelated to fuel discounts.

12. UnionBank may, in its absolute and sole discretion, discontinue the granting of the discount to the relevant Card account, or discontinue the Promo, if applicable law, regulation, or policy restricts the continued granting of such discount; if the Cardholder does not comply with the terms and conditions of the UnionBank Card Agreement, the UnionBank Shell Power Card, or the rules governing credit relationships; or if UnionBank finds it necessary under the circumstances, including abuse, fraudulent availments, or operational concerns.

13. By availing of the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing personal information and other information that may be required by Shell and agrees that such information shall be subject to Shell’s confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms. The general terms and conditions of Shell apply.

14. The provisions of the UnionBank Card Agreement will continue to apply. All related provisions of the UnionBank Shell Power Card Terms and Conditions will likewise apply.

15. Changes to the terms and conditions governing the offer are subject to prior DTI approval. All information is accurate at time of posting.
