Customers get one (1) e-raffle entry for every PHP200 spent on a single receipt purchase of participating categories from Shell Select, Shell Café, and. Shell deli2go. (ex. PHP 600 single receipt spend = 3 e-raffle entries)
Other Promo Mechanics
- The promotion is open exclusively to registered Shell Go+ members using the mobile app.
- The promotion is available at participating Shell Mobility stations only.
- Only purchases from the following categories will earn e-raffle entries: Food, Food Service, Groceries, Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Alcoholic Beverages, Non-Food, Perishables, Tobacco, and Snacks.
- Purchase of items in the following categories are not qualified to earn e-raffle entries: Fuels, Lubricants, Carwash, Lubricants Service, Other NFR Services, Phonecards, Carbon Offset & In-store Services.
- The following limits will be implemented with regard to the raffle entry earning:
- Maximum of 25 e-raffle entries per transaction
- Maximum of 30 e-raffle entries per day
- Maximum of 50 e-raffle entries per week
- Each raffle entry gives customers a chance to win 1,000,000 Shell Go+ points per raffle draw based on the following schedule:

- Shell Go+ members with qualified transactions, will receive a push notification to confirm the number of entries they earned from the previous day on the following day.
- At the end of each week (week starts on Mondays and ends on Sundays) an email notification will be sent to Shell Go+ members regarding the number of e-raffle entries they earned for the week. Emails will be sent every Thursdays.
- Only Shell Go+ members who are opted-in to receive communications on their Shell Go+ app will receive the notification.
- Shell Go+ members who are not opted-in cannot receive the notification to confirm their e-raffle entries. However, should they win in the e-raffle draw, they will be sent a service notification to inform them of their winning.
- In case of site system downtime, Shell Go+ members will still receive their e-raffle entry/ies once the system is back online.
- If a member fails to receive his/her raffle entry/ies, members can raise a dispute via the Shell Customer Service Center. Disputes will only be entertained during the promo period, any disputes raised after the promo period will no longer be entertained. <Customer Service Center>
- For disputes raised from Friday of the week before the draw until the day of the draw which were supposed to be part of the covered period will be added in the next draw. (For November 23 draw date, disputes raised on November 17 to 23 for Covered period October 23 to November 19 will be added in the December 21 draw once verified).
- Shell Go+ members with incomplete registration details (name, mobile number, email address and complete mailing address) shall be disqualified from winning.
- This promotion will follow the points scheme of the Shell Go+ Loyalty Program where 1,000,000 Shell Go+ points = PHP 500,000.00.
- Only raffle entries earned within the ‘Covered Transaction Period’ will be considered for each draw date as scheduled.
- Raffle draws will be held in the presence of a DTI representative and drawn winners will be acknowledged and verified by the same DTI representative, in compliance with DTI regulations.
- Raffle Draw winners will be contacted by a Shell representative via registered mail, email, SMS, or call based on the contact information provided by the Shell Go+ member in their Shell Go+ mobile app profile.
- Raffle Draw winners will be given a maximum of 60 days to confirm the redemption of their prize and validate their account ownership to the Shell representative, in compliance with DTI regulations.
- Raffle Draw winners will be required to provide a Valid Government ID as proof of ownership over the Shell Go+ account drawn during the raffle and as proof of compliance with standard Shell Go+ terms and conditions. Invalid or incomplete supporting documents shall be disqualified. The name in the valid Government ID should match the name in the Shell Go+ account.
- Official list of winners will be posted on the Shell website and Shell Philippines Facebook page within 14 days following each draw.
- Personal Identifiable Information of raffle draw winners will be shared with the DTI representative for documentation, in compliance with DTI regulations.
- The list of announced raffle draw winners will be final, in compliance with DTI regulations.
- Winners can only win once during the entire duration of the promo.
- The number of entries will reset to zero (0) after each draw.
- Prizes are exclusive of taxes to be paid by Shell.
- Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
- Promo is valid for cash, credit card, and mobile wallet transactions only.
- PO, Bulk, Co-locator brands (ex. Chatime, Auntie Anne’s, Potato Corner, Jollibee, etc.); and Fleet account customers are not included in this promotion.
- Transactions can still earn Shell Go+ points when customers transact with their valid Shell Go+ app/card except for Tobacco products.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing promotions.
- Employees of Shell Pilipinas Corporation, advertising agencies, and participating stations, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
