Open your Shell Go+ mobile app and log in to your account. Click on the Account button to edit your profile.

Points earned from Shell purchases are automatically credited to your account after every transaction.

You may access your points balance and other details by logging in to your Shell Go+ app. You will see your total points on the home screen.

Yes, your points from the previous app will automatically be transferred and reflected on your new Shell Go+ app by October 5, 2025.

This benefit is available to all Shell Go+ Private with an active standing. To qualify for this benefit, member must maintain minimum of 100 liters of fuels purchased from previous month.

Purchase of mobile phone cards, other services’ labor and non-Shell-branded parts beyond oil change (such as spare parts, labor fees), non-Shell branded oil filter, and labor fee from oil change, use of Shell ReCharge, purchase from non-participating stores or establishments within the Shell station, and use of instore services such as Touchpay are not valid for points earning.

Yes, Shell GO+ points will expire after 3 years from the day the points were earned.

Points that will expire will be deducted from current points of the member.

When your points are about to expire, the information will appear on the Home screen of your Shell Go+ app.

Unused accounts within six (6) months will make the member inactive and points earned prior will automatically expire.

No, you need to show your active Shell Go+ app or your physical card (for Shell Go+ Pro member) to earn points.

Yes, you can earn points by simply presenting your Shell Go+ digital card via the app.
