Shell Go Plus Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions for individuals who are or will be a member of the Shell loyalty program
1. Shell Go+ is a Loyalty Program owned and administered by Shell Pilipinas Corporation wherein members earn and redeem rewards points and/or offers that allow loyal members to achieve more value from their purchases and get the most out of their visits in accordance with the rules and provisions set out in this document.
2. Participating in the Loyalty Program is VOLUNTARY and FREE. By participating in the Loyalty Program, an individual agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set herein.
3. The individual should be 18 years old and above to be able to join Shell Go+.
4. PO, Bulk and Fleet customer accounts are excluded from joining the Shell Go+ program or any Shell Go+ promotions.
5. There are two (2) membership schemes available for different segments that individuals may register to:
- Shell Go+ Private: Drives for the primary purpose of providing personal transportation; vehicles may include 4-wheel sedan, SUV, pick-up, AUV and 2W motorcycles.
- Shell Go+ Pro: Drivers with professional license that are responsible for transporting people, goods and services from one place to various destinations; vehicles may include taxis, jeepneys, motorcycles, tricycles, multicabs, heavy duty and truck and buses. This scheme includes drivers under the LTFRB-accredited Transport Network Vehicle System.
6. Membership is open to all individuals following qualifications of each of the membership type options set in I.5. No groups, corporations, or other entities are allowed to participate as members.
7. Interested individuals may participate in the program by downloading and applying through the Shell Go+ mobile app (available in App Store or Play Store).
8. Shell Go+ Pro applicants must get a physical card and link it to their digital account. This is to confirm that they are part of the Shell Go+ Pro scheme. Customer must visit any participating Shell service station to get the Shell Go+ physical card. The cardholder shall have sole responsibility to ensure the card is not lost or damaged.
- If physical card needs to be replaced due to loss, Shell Go+ Pro member needs to delete the lost card from the app.
- Member should get a new/replacement card by visiting participating Shell stations.
- The member committed breach of any of the Terms and Conditions;-
- The member has misused or abused the benefits of the program; or
- The member has performed fraudulent transactions.
15. The members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Shell Customer Service. Any unused points shall be forfeited upon cancellation of membership.
16. Shell Go+ membership is owned and issued by Shell. It is not transferrable. The card and app are solely for the purpose of the Program. The member understands that the card is not a credit card or charge card. The member shall hold Shell free and harmless for any unauthorized redemption of points brought about by failure of the member to immediately register the card or secure his/her account.
17. Active accounts will automatically be renewed annually or until Shell discontinues the program. An account shall remain active if it has at least one transaction within the last six (6) months.
18. Points and all the privileges and benefits in this Program are non-transferrable and cannot be sold or assigned by members. In case of death, heirs of the deceased member are not entitled to any remaining points or privileges of the deceased member.
19. Shell has the right to suspend or remove the Program at any time without prior notice.
20. Shell is not liable for:
- Any unauthorized change or unauthorized use of the account via physical card or the App.
- The inaccuracy of points on the account, resulting from failure of member to notify Shell of any discrepancies through the Shell Customer Service.
- Any loss, stolen or deterioration of reward upon receiving the reward.
- Lost or stolen cards of Shell Go+ Pro members
21. Shell Customer Service. Any inquiry or concerns in relation to the Program, Account, or the Terms and Conditions shall be coursed through the Shell Customer Service through hotline numbers +632 8878 8888 (Metro Manila), 1-800-10000-1111 (PLDT Provincial Toll-Free), 1800-5888-1111 (Bayantel Provincial Toll Free), or sent to generalpublicenquiries-ph@shell.com.
1. Use Shell Go+ app when making any purchase at participating Shell stations to earn points. Only purchases at participating Shell stations are eligible to earn points.
2. There is an equivalent point in every purchase of Fuels, Convenience Retail Products (Shell Select/deli2go/Shell Cafe), and Lubricants, availing the oil change services (Shell Helix OilChange+, Shell Advance Motocare Express) and Shell Car Wash at participating Shell stations. Every product has a different point equivalent which are subject to change at any time upon Shell’s sole discretion. See table below on how to earn points:

3. Earned points of each member is recorded in the Shell Go+ app. Present the digital card of the app or physical card (for Shell Go+ Pro member) for every purchase of any Shell participating product or service at participating Shell Mobility stations to record the transaction and the corresponding points.
4. Shell will only accept the Shell Go+ app or physical card (for Shell Go+ Pro members) presented by the member to earn points or avail Shell Go+ offers. Use of screenshot of the Shell Go+QR code to earn points or avail Shell Go+ offers will not be accepted.
5. Members shall earn a minimum denomination of one (1) point based on the Liters or amount purchased of participating products or services following the corresponding earn rate mechanics per participating product or service. No partial points shall be issued. Calculation shall be done by rounding down the purchase amount prior to its conversion point/s. Points will be awarded on the purchase value net of discount.
6. Points can only be earned at participating Shell stations with Shell Go+ scanners.
7. Multiple fuels transactions will not be allowed in single receipt purchase.
8. Points can be earned for cash, credit or e-wallet transactions. Purchases made by fleet, PO and bulk customers are not eligible to earn Shell Go+ points.
9. Points will be valid for 36 months from the time it was awarded.
10. Purchase of mobile phone cards, other services’ labor and non-Shell-branded parts beyond oil change (such as spare parts, labor fees), non-Shell branded oil filter, and labor fee from oil change, use of Shell ReCharge, purchase from non-participating stores or establishments within the Shell station, and use of instore services such as Touchpay are not valid for points earning.
11. A member has a limit of 5 transactions per day to earn points. The transaction per day may include purchase of /from Shell Fuels, Shell Lubricants, Shell Select, Shell deli2go, Shell Café, or availment of oil change services and car wash. Any transactions beyond 5 per day will not be awarded any Shell Go+ points. Each category would also have its daily and monthly limit to earn points, as per table below:

12. Shell reserves the right to monitor the account for any fraudulent or suspicious activity, misrepresentations, violations of the Terms and Conditions, or inactivity for the past 6 months - which shall serve as grounds for possible cancellation or suspension of account, prohibition from earning of points, and/or forfeiture of any points. Shell reserves its right to take any appropriate legal action available to it.
13. The safekeeping and proper use of the membership account and points are the sole responsibility of the Member. Shell will not be held liable and will not reimburse or reverse any points that may have been used due to the failure of the member to secure his/her account. The member must immediately report any suspicious activity involving his/her account and/or use of points to the Shell Customer Service.
14. Awarding of points may be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, such as but not limited to connectivity issues, power unavailability, system offline, repair or maintenance, or scanner damage. In such circumstances, member may still earn points for covered transactions by providing to the participating Shell station his/her registered mobile number. If a member chooses not to provide his/her registered mobile transaction in such circumstances, points will not be credited for the covered transaction.
1. The “Rewards” are the products, services, benefits or privileges that the members can claim if they have already accumulated enough points.
2. Points earned can be used to pay for Shell purchases or redeem products from the Rewards catalogue. Points earned in the program can be used to redeem or pay for Fuels, Convenience Retail Products (Shell Select/Deli2Go/Shell Cafe), Lubricants, oil change service or Shell Car Wash following the applicable point to peso conversion equivalent.
3. Each point is equivalent to P0.50.
4. Only registered members with valid profile information can be allowed to use points earned for redemption.
5. All the rewards are subject to availability and cannot be refunded. Shell has the right to adjust the points needed to redeem the rewards, and to change the rewards according to the equivalent points without the consent of the members.
6. Purchases using Pay with Points will not earn points anymore.
7. Shell has the right to refuse member from claiming any rewards or any returned item if Shell has a reason to believe that the account and/or points are involved in possible fraud, error or mistake.
8. For Rewards Catalogue items, members are required to check the reward item upon receipt. Items that are broken or are defective must not be accepted and should be surrendered back to the courier. If not, it will be considered as successfully delivered and closed.
9. If by any chance the reward item (specifically applicable for gadgets and appliances) will be defective and need to be repaired, all of the reports and request should be raised to Shell Customer Service for proper endorsement and handling.
10. Shell is not liable for:
- Any reward item that is not available for any reason.
- Failure to inform the member of the changes in the Terms and Conditions, and the changes in the products and services under the rewards program.
- Suspension and exclusion of the Program.
11. The corresponding points of the acquired reward item under the Program will be deducted to the recorded points of the member’s account.
12. Rewards redemption, including pay with points, discounts or free item, may be temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, such as but not limited to connectivity issues, power unavailability, system offline, repair or maintenance, or scanner damage. Redemption will resume after the lapse of the reason for the temporary unavailability or through another participating Shell station that is not experiencing temporary unavailability.
13. Shell has the right to deduct any points recorded in the member for:
- Points that are suspicious.
- Points that may have been recorded by mistake or error.
14. Any unused points of the member within thirty-six (36) months from points issuance will expire and will be deducted from the current points of the member.
15. Unused accounts within six (6) months will result to tagging of the account as inactive. All remaining points of inactive accounts will automatically expire.
16. Points are not convertible to cash.
1. Shell Go+ members are entitled to member benefits that are available upon successful registration. The member benefits may be updated at the sole discretion of Shell.
2. Shell Go+ members may receive promotional offers to earn bonus points or rewards based on purchase behavior or on specific qualifying transactions/activities as part of promotions, incentives, and campaigns determined by the program for marketing purposes. This can include Shell or partner offers that may be temporary in nature in which the program has the right to modify or take down without prior notice.
3. Shell Go+ Member who chose the “Multiple” type of vehicle are not allowed to claim multiple offers and will only get offers for 4-wheel vehicles.
4. When entitled to two or more offers or rewards at a given time, the Member shall only be entitled to the higher reward or offer.
5. Shell may allow partner companies to participate in the program to be able to provide rewards or benefits to the members.
6. Shell shall have the right to vary or discontinue any benefits granted under the Program or modify their terms and conditions thereof.

1. Shell has the right, at its sole discretion and for whatever reason, to terminate the Program at any time with prior notice to the member.
2. The member, for any cause and at any time may terminate his membership by contacting Shell Customer Service. The member agrees that any unredeemed points stored in the card shall be forfeited.
1. For transaction disputes, it is the member’s responsibility to keep official receipt or records via the app for verification by Shell.
2. Disputes within thirty (30) calendar days from date of transaction may be raised and verified by calling Shell Customer Service. The member must submit original or photocopied receipt or transaction slip and other supporting documents (screenshots of emails, sms notifications, app notifications) that Shell may require. Transaction disputes that are more than thirty (30) calendar days from date of transaction will no longer be verified.
1. Failure of Shell to enforce any Terms or Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that Terms or Conditions.
2. Any claim or disputes relating to the program or the use of the program shall be referred directly to Shell for decision, whose decision shall be final and binding on the member and Shell’s records of all matters relating to the Program shall be conclusive and binding on the member.
3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In case of any action arising from the Program shall be filed before the proper courts in the City of Taguig, to the exclusion of all other venues.
4. If any clause of the Terms and Conditions or any document referred herein is declared void, invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and enforceable.
