Shell Signs Charter Agreement with MIS Maritime Corp.

Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation recently signed a term-charter agreement with MIS Maritime Corporation for the transport of its petroleum products.

Under the agreement, MT MIS 2, a double-bottom, double-hull vessel, will haul Shell’s white oil products starting November 15, 2010. The 4,000 DWT vessel has a 4-million litre capacity.
