
Shell Go+ Elite Program Mechanics
Standard Promotion Guidelines
1. This program is available from September 05, 2025 to November 04, 2025
2. This program may be enjoyed at Shell stations accepting Shell Go+ nationwide.
3. This program is open to all Shell Go+ members who meet the following criteria:
- The Shell Go+ member must be registered via the Shell Asia mobile app.
- The Shell Go+ member’s registered scheme must be “Private”
- The Shell Go+ member must have a profile setting with vehicle type labelled as "4-Wheeler" or "Multiple".
- The Shell Go+ member must be subscribed to receiving communications via Push Notification, Email, SMS, or any combination of the three channels from Shell Go+.
4. Shell Go+ members who meet the criteria above will receive a milestone tracker which they must fulfill within each calendar month.
5. Newly registered Go+ members who meet the criteria above will only receive the tracker 24-28 hours from the time of registration.
6. To qualify for the program, the member must fuel up at least 60 Liters of Shell V-Power Gasoline, Shell V-Power Diesel, and/or Shell V-Power Racing within one (1) calendar month.
7. Below are the qualification cycles and their inclusive dates for eligibility:

8. Customers included in the program will be eligible to claim its benefits until the start of the next qualification cycle.
9. Customers who are excluded from the program will be ineligible to claim its benefits until the start of the qualification cycle where they meet the above conditions.
10. Eligible members will receive the following benefits, which will be reflected on their Shell Go+ accounts upon the start of each qualification cycle. Benefits can only be redeemed as long as they are reflected in the Shell GO+ member’s account:
- 1,000 bonus Shell Go+ points as Welcome Reward when a member qualifies for the Shell Go+ Elite program for the first time since the program started in the old Shell Go+ app last October 2024.
- 10x Shell Go+ points multiplier for Shell V-Power Gasoline, Shell V-Power Diesel, or Shell V-Power Racing for a single-receipt purchase worth at least P1,500.00 and a maximum of P5,000.00.
- 1,000 Shell Go+ points for a single-receipt purchase worth at least P2,000.00 of the following Shell Lubricants: Shell Helix HX7, HX8, Power, Protect, Ultra, and SUV.
- Access to PAGSS or A Lounge airport lounge 3x a year beginning October 7, 2024 for one (1) eligible Shell GO+ member and one (1) guest at the following terminals:
i. PAGSS
- Ninoy Aquino International Airport - Terminal 1
- Francisco Bangoy International Airport (International)
- Francisco Bangoy International Atirport (Domestic)
- Puerto Princesa International Airport
ii. A Lounge
- Ninoy Aquino International Airport - Terminal 1
- Ninoy Aquino International Airport - Terminal 3 (International)
- Access to an exclusive Shell GO+ catalogue containing premium Shell merchandise and Ferrari merchandise in the Shell Go+ app. Redemption is subject to availability of the item.
11. The program offers are non-transferrable and not for resale
12. The program offers are not convertible to cash or gift certificates
13. The program offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
14. The program participants can still earn Shell Go+ points from their transactions
15. The program offers are valid for cash, credit card, and mobile wallet transactions only
16. PO, Bulk, and Fleet account customers are not included in this program and promotion

Qualification Guidelines
19. Customers who change their profile scheme from “Private” to “Pro” in the middle of a qualification cycle will not be assigned the Shell Go+ Elite benefits even if they completed the minimum purchase requirement of 60 Liters of Shell V-Power
20. Customers who change their vehicle type to "4-wheeler" or "Multiple" in the middle of a qualification cycle may only be eligible to participate in the program after one (1-2) days) day when the milestone tracker is assigned to their account.
21. Customers who change their vehicle type to "2-wheeler," “truck,” or "none" in the middle of a qualification cycle will forfeit any eligibility to join the program after the current qualification cycle.
22. Customers who unsubscribe to communications in the middle of a qualification cycle will forfeit any eligibility to join the program after the current qualification cycle
23. Customers who subscribe to communications in the middle of a qualification cycle may only be eligible to participate in the program at the start of the next qualification cycle.
24. Members who have been part of the Shell GO+ program for less than 30 days within a calendar month can still be eligible to join the program so long as the correct profile settings and the 60-Liter requirement is met by the end of the current qualification cycle
25. Subscription will be refreshed monthly starting September 5, 2025, following a monthly cycle.
Exclusive Offer Guidelines
26. Welcome Offer - the welcome reward is only valid once for each unique member, which will be issued within the same month of inclusion in the promotion.
27. 10x Shell Go+ Points Multiplier on Shell V-Power Transactions – transactions who exceed the following velocity limits will stop earning points and, consequently, forfeit any redemption of the Shell Go+ Points Multiplier for the remainder of the period.

29. Exclusive Shell Go+ Elite Rewards Catalogue
- The management has the right to reject and or decline any requests that does meet the minimum points equivalent of the redeemed item/s from the Shell GO+ Elite catalogue.
- Catalogue redemption is an exclusive benefit of Shell GO+ Elite members. Should a customer fail to meet the minimum criteria set for the program at the time of the request, management reserves the right to decline.
- It is the sole responsibility of the Shell Go+ member to provide the necessary and updated customer information details whenever they redeem any item. Failure to do so may result in failed and/or delayed delivery of the item/s they redeem.
- Successfully ordered items from the Shell Go+ Elite Rewards Catalogue will be delivered to the address specified in the completed redemption form within thirty (30) days, barring any fortuitous events or extended holidays.
- In the event that an item is unavailable, the customer has the option to rescind his or her order and refund the Shell Go+ points charged from his or her account.
Shell Go+ Communications
30. Members will be notified of their monthly membership status every 5th day of the month via e-mail or push notification only.

32. Any non-inclusion deemed to be invalid upon review of the Shell Customer Operations team will be credited back to the customer manually during the immediate month of non-inclusion.
