• Promo is open to Shell Go+ App members with the following criteria: 

Customers who are subscribed to communications.

Customers who have not transacted using their Shell Go+ app for the last 3 months.

• Eligible Shell Go+ members will receive a personalized offer dependent on the date of their last purchase and their average fuel consumption across the last 3 transactions.
• Each qualified single receipt transaction will be awarded fixed bonus points. The offers that will be received by eligible customers will be as follows:

• Customer will be allowed to redeem the offer for 5 transactions per qualifying cycle. Once the offer has been used up, it will automatically disappear from the app.
• Customer can receive any of the above-mentioned offers only once for the duration of the campaign cycle. 
• Promo will cover transactions for both Shell FuelSave and Shell V-Power.
• Reward will apply based on a single transaction purchase. 
• The offer should be applicable/redeemable to all sites accepting Shell Go+.
• Physical card not linked to the app will not be able to redeem the offer.
• Offer will automatically apply to the transaction once the Shell Go+ app/card is scanned by the service champion and the fuels transaction is finalized by the cashier. 
• Screenshot of the app will not be valid for redemption. Customer must present their Shell Go + app with its valid in-app offer before the transaction is finalized.
• If site is offline, points will be given out by Customer Support Team. 

To claim the offer, customer must present their valid receipt to Customer Operations Team. Failure to provide a valid receipt upon request will be declined. 

• Promo is valid for cash, credit card, and mobile wallet transactions only.
• This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotions of Shell.
• PO, Bulk and Fleet account customers are not included in this promotion.
