Shell Go+ Exclusive: Free Roadside Assistance

• The Free Emergency Roadside Assistance Benefit of the “Shel Asia” mobile app is valid until December 31, 2026.
• Shell GO+ Member may visit https://www.shell.com.ph/freeroadsideassistance for the full details of the emergency roadside assistance coverage.
• This benefit is open to all Shell GO+ members under the “Private” scheme and considered as “Active”.
• To be tagged as “Active”, the Shell GO+ member should have at least 1 transaction in the last 90 days.
• To qualify for this benefit, the Shell GO+ member must have an accumulated Shell Fuels transaction worth at least 100 Liters in the previous month.
• Only Class 1 and 2 vehicles used for personal/private consumption including, vans, light-duty reconditioned vehicles and 4-wheeled cars for hire can avail of the benefit.
• To avail of this benefit, simply dial Shell dedicated hotline +63 2 8876 1422 (Landline)
• Upon calling the hotline, the Shell GO+ member will be required to share the following details:
  o Name of the Shell GO+ member as reflected in the mobile app,
  o Mobile Number of the Shell GO+ member as reflected in the mobile app,
  o Current Location where help needed,
  o Vehicle Description (vehicle model and make, plate number or conduction sticker number, and age)
  o Emergency Service Needed
• The Shell GO+ member may be required to show the following items, as verification for the services that will be rendered:
  o Valid Government ID
  o ‘Shell Asia’ mobile app
  o Vehicle Official Receipt
  o Vehicle Certificate of Registration
• Only Shell GO+ members with vehicles up to 15 years old can avail of the service.
• The Shell GO+ roadside assistance partner has the right to refuse service to any customer who fails to meet any of the above eligibility requirements.
• The Shell GO+ roadside assistance partner has the right to charge any customer who fails to meet any of the above eligibility requirements for the service rendered.
• The Shell GO+ roadside assistance partner has the right to charge any customer who violates the Shell GO+ Terms and Conditions.
• All qualified Shell GO+ members are entitled to the following benefits:

• If the expense is higher than the guaranteed limit, the excess will be for the account of the member.
• Any benefit granted under the Shell Go+ program are provided by a third party pursuant to a contract with Shell, Shell shall not be liable for any breach committed or injury caused by said third party.
• The benefit shall have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. Shell GO+ member can avail of the emergency roadside assistance program based on the coverage stated above.

2. Shell Partner will NOT be responsible for the cost of the tires, battery, or any other part that may need replacement at the time of the on-site vehicle repair assistance.

3. Shell Partner will NOT be responsible for the cost of any additional administrative charges in subdivision, private use road, mall parking, and toll fees along expressways and the like. This cost will be charged to the Shell Go+ member in addition to any other costs that are outside of the benefits.

4. Shell Partner benefit is available in the following areas:
a. National Capital Region (NCR)
b. Cordillera Autonomous Region: Abra, Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga and Mountain Province
c. Region I: Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan
d. Region II: Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Viscaya and Quirino
e. Region III: Aurora, Bataan, Olongapo, Zambales, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pampanga
f. Region IV -A: Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon
g. Region IV – B: Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Palawan
h. Region V: Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Sorsogon
i. Region VI: Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Iloilo City, Negros Occidental - (Bacolod)
j. Region VII: Tacloban City, Cebu, Bohol, Negros Oriental
k. Region X: Bukidnon, Misamis Occidental, Misamis Oriental, Cagayan De Oro City
l. Region XI: Davao del Norte, Davao Del Sur, Davao Oriental, Davao City
m. Region XII: South Cotabato - (General Santos City)

5. Shell Partner benefit is not available in areas defined as security and safety risk, including:
a. Lanao del Norte (Except Iligan City)
b. Lanao del Sur
c. North Cotabato
d. South Cotabato (Except General Santos City)
e. Maguindanao
f.. Sultan Kudarat
g. Sulu
h. Tawi-Tawi
i. Basilan
j. Zamboanga del Norte

6. The following are excluded from being given the roadside assistance benefit amidst meeting the above conditions:
a. Any Member or driver who drives the Named Vehicle without a valid driving license or has not been authorized to drive or has been disqualified by law from driving.
b. Services rendered to the Named Vehicle that were not coordinated with or performed by Shell Partner.
c. Zero-kilometer assistance request after one (1) availment within the coverage year.
d. If the Named Vehicle is or has been modified for participation in rally and racing, or if the Named Vehicle has been modified against government regulations.
e. Public utility vehicles, including taxicabs, garage-to-terminal shuttles, and other vehicles used to transport passengers and/or goods.
f. Failure of the Member/Driver and/or Passenger of the Named Vehicle to take reasonable precautions or to follow warnings of any intended strike, riot or civil commotion via the mass media.
g. Any illegal or unlawful act (including violations of traffic rules and regulations) by the Member/ Driver and/or Passenger or the use of the Named Vehicle for any unlawful or illegal purposes.
h. Vehicle with gross vehicle weights of more than 4,500 kg. including converted vehicles used for motor sport use such as race cars, drag racers, and converted vehicles for business use such as catering trucks, mobile canteens, or the TLRC “Kabuhayan” vans.
i. If the Named Vehicle is more than fifteen (15) years old.
j. If a Named Vehicle requires secondary towing, or towing assistance provided to the member after the vehicle has been initially towed from the date of the incident.
k.Incidents directly or indirectly caused by Acts of Nature, including but not limited to typhoons, storms, floods, earthquakes, volcanic activity, landslides, widespread fires, or other natural or environmental events beyond the Provider’s reasonable control, are excluded from coverage under this Program.
