• Shell Citi Card 25^th Anniversary Promo (the “Promo”) will run on the following Wednesdays within the period of January 25, 2023 to February 15, 2023:
  1. January 25, February 1, February 8, February 15 (the “Promo Period”) for participating stations in Luzon
  2. February 1, February 8, February 15 (the “Promo Period”) for participating stations in Visayas and Mindanao
• The Promo is open to principal and supplementary cardholders of Shell Citi Credit Cards (the “Card”) that have been locally issued in the Philippines by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch (“Citi”) or its successor and assign, UnionBank of the Philippines (hereafter, all references to Citi is understood to be references to UnionBank of the Philippines), and are active and in good credit standing with available relationship limit and account credit limit/ spend limit, as applicable, at the time of purchase and conversion, and who are not prohibited under applicable gifts, anti-bribery and corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for the Promo (“Cardholder”). Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, corporate accounts and US persons (i.e., a citizen or lawful resident, green card holder of the United States of America) are not eligible to participate in the Promo.
• Under the Promo, the Cardholder can enjoy a fuel discount of PhP7.00/liter capped at PhP350 per day. To avail the Promo, a single-receipt purchase worth at least PHP 2,000.00 of Shell V-Power or PHP 2,500.00 of Shell FuelSave must be purchased by the Cardholder. The Cardholder must present the Card in participating Shell stations before fueling up onsite during the Promo Period.
• The Cardholder must use the presented Card to settle the transaction.
• Only one fuel transaction will be allowed to avail of the discount per Cardholder per day during the Promo Period. The discount will immediately be deducted from the total bill of the transaction. Fuel purchase for delivery vans, public light bus, taxis, bus, truck, heavy duty reconditioned vehicles and other vehicles for hire are not qualified to avail the Promo.
• Multiple transactions from a Cardholder per day are strictly not allowed. In case of multiple transactions on the same day, either with the same Shell station or other participating Shell stations, Citi will claw back any outright discount availed by the Cardholder and charge it back to the Cardholder. Any transaction that is determined to be a result of multiple and several transactions will NOT earn a discount.
• For non-Shell Citi cardholders (“Availer”) they will be able to avail of the promo only once if they successfully apply onsite using the scanned QR code in any of the Shell participating stations and fuel up a single-receipt purchase worth at least PHP 2,000 of Shell V-Power or PHP 2,500 of Shell FuelSave. Before paying the Availer must show proof that an application has been successfully completed and submitted online to the Shell Service attendant. Showing the date and time of application. Shell Service attendant will validate proof shown. If deemed successful, Availer can proceed and avail the promo during the promo period. To successfully complete an application, the Availer must show the "thank you" screen on an internet browser to the Shell service attendant. No other proof of application like screenshots or photos of the successfully completed form will be entertained. Pre-filled forms will not be accepted, as well.
• The promotion is valid for cash, credit card, and mobile wallet transactions only for Availers.
• Only one (1) fuel transaction for the duration of the promotion per Availer will be entitled for the Promo.
• Multiple transactions from an Availer are strictly not allowed.
• Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder/Availer from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges or the charging of the cost of the total fuel discount to the Cardholder's/Availer’s Citi credit card, at Citi's discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that Citi may take against the Cardholder/Availer.
• In case of dispute regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, etc., Citi’s decision will prevail, with concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any request will be resolved by Citi.
• The Promo offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards. Discounts and privileges are not exchangeable or convertible to cash or other goods and services nor are they allowed as payment for the Card dues.
• Citi may in its absolute and sole discretion discontinue the granting of the discount to the relevant Card account, or discontinue the Promo if:
  1. applicable law, regulation, or policy restricts the continued granting of such discount;
  2. the Cardholder does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Citi Card Agreement, the Shell Citi Card or the rules governing credit relationships; or
  3. if Citi finds it necessary under the circumstances, such as, but not limited to abuse or fraudulent availments of the Promo, or operational concerns.
• The Promo will not apply in conjunction with any other existing Citi promotions. The provisions of the Citi Card Agreement will continue to apply. All related provisions of the Shell Citi Card Terms and Conditions will likewise apply. • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing Shell promotions and discounts.
• Shell Fuels Transactions can still earn Shell Go+ or SMAC points when customers present their valid Shell Go+ app or SM Advantage Card.
• PO, Bulk and Fleet account customers are not included in this promotion
• Fuel purchase for delivery vans, public light bus, taxis, bus, truck, heavy duty reconditioned vehicles and other vehicles for hire are not qualified to avail the Promo.
