2. Four (4) Shell V-Power customers get a chance to win an exclusive Shell VIP trip to Qatar scheduled on November 28, 2025 to December 1, 2025

3. The package includes exclusive grandstand ticket to the Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix, hotel accommodations for three (3) nights, airfare and land transfers, and food and beverage for the trip, all good for one (1) person

4. The draw for each qualifying transactions will be as follows:

5. Any transaction in the previous app will not be considered as a valid entry. Customers must use ‘Shell Asia’ mobile app to participate.

6. To qualify, they must subscribe to the terms and conditions/mechanics of the Shell Go+ program and the Qatar raffle promotion. To earn entries, customers should meet the following criteria:

a. 1 raffle entry for every P1,500 net single-receipt purchase of Shell V-Power with Shell Go+

b. 10 raffle entries for every P1,500 net single-receipt purchase of Shell V-Power while qualified as a Shell Go+ Elite member

7. Promo participants may double their raffle entries by doubling their fills

a. 2 raffle entries for every P3,000 net single-receipt purchase of Shell V-Power with Shell Go+

b. 20 raffle entries for every P3,000 net single-receipt purchase of Shell V-Power while qualified as a Shell Go+ Elite member

8. To activate eligibility for raffle entries, open the Shell Go+ app and go to the "Accounts" section. From there, select "Redeem a Voucher" and carefully input the word, "JOINNOW", into the provided field. Tap the "Redeem" button to confirm participation.

9. This promotion will follow the qualifying and eligible cycles of Shell Go+ Elite for members to enjoy the 10x multiplier

10. Customers must have complete home addresses in their ‘Shell Asia’ mobile app profile to qualify for the raffle draw

11. Customers who unsubscribe to communications in the middle of the raffle promo will forfeit their eligibility to earn raffle entries immediately upon unsubscribing

12. Customers who subscribe to communications in the middle of the raffle promotion will only be eligible to participate on their next transaction

13. Shell Go+ members who just registered for the "Shell Asia" mobile app may qualify for the raffle promotion after 24 to 48 hours from their complete registration

14. “4-Wheeled,” “Trucks,” and “Multiple” vehicle types will be able to participate in the promo if they meet the minimum purchase requirements

15. “Shell Go+ Pro” profile type customers are not eligible to join the raffle promotion

16. Customers who change their vehicle type in the middle of the raffle promo will forfeit their eligibility to earn raffle entries immediately upon changing to a non-participating vehicle type. Any qualified raffle entries earned before the change in vehicle type will still be qualified for the raffle draw

17. There will be no limits on the total number of raffle entries that Shell Go+ customer registered as vehicle type “4-Wheeled” and “Multiple” can earn in the entire duration of this promotion

18. Shell Go+ customers registered as vehicle type “Trucks” may only earn up to ten (10) entries per day

19. A Shell Go+ member may only win once for the entire promo duration

20. Customers will be informed of their valid raffle transactions via push notification after their qualifying transaction

21. Customers will be informed of their total valid raffle entries on a weekly basis starting August 9, 2025 through push and/or e-mail notifications depending on the communication channel subscribed to. See schedule send out for weekly entries earned:

23. In case of site system downtime, Shell Go+ members will still receive their e-raffle entry/ies once the system is back online

24. Only raffle entries earned within the ‘Covered Transaction Period’ will be considered for each draw date as scheduled

25. The number of entries will reset to zero (0) after each Covered Period

26. If a member fails to receive his/her raffle entry/ies, members can send their inquiries via the Shell Customer Service Center. Disputes will only be entertained during the promo period, any disputes raised after the promo period will no longer be entertained

27. The promotion is non-transferrable and not for resale

28. The promotion is not convertible to cash or gift certificates

29. The Shell Go+ member can participate in this promotion in conjunction with other select promotions

30. The promotion’s participants can still earn Shell Go+ points from their transactions

31. The promotion is valid for cash, credit card, and mobile wallet transactions only

32. PO, Bulk, and Fleet account customers are not included in this program and promotion

33. Shell Pilipinas Corporation employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.

35. Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, are not eligible to participate in the Promo.

36. The virtual lucky draws will be done on the following dates in the presence of a DTI representative. A total of five (5) names will be drawn per winner’s slot, with the first name drawn being the official winner, sequentially followed by four (4) backup winners:

37. Winners will be notified on the following dates through direct call and SMS by an official representative of Shell:

38. The winners from each Covered Transaction Period will be given five (5) calendar days from the date of the announcement to confirm their participation. The prize will be forfeited should they not be able to confirm or decline to participate within the prescribed period, after which the backup winner identified together with the DTI representative will be contacted. The backup winner will be given the same five (5) day period to confirm.

39. Selected winners must provide the mobile number used for registration in their qualified Shell Go+ app and home address

40. Selected winners must provide a valid government ID matching the details of their Shell Go+ account

41. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport for international travel

42. Shell through its accredited travel agency will help facilitate the application for visas

43. The management has the right to reject and or decline any requests for promo qualification that does meet the above mechanics

44. It is the sole responsibility of the Shell Go+ member to provide the necessary and updated customer information details when they redeem their reward. Failure to do so may result in their disqualification

45. For customers who confirm their participation but fail to submit the necessary requirements within five (5) days from their confirmation, they will forfeit the reward

46. In the event that any information is falsified by the customer during redemption of prize, they will forfeit the reward
