We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please try the steps below:

Check the EVRO App - Ensure the charger you’re using does not appear as Unavailable or Incompatible in the EVRO Station Finder. The app provides real‑time charger status and compatibility details.
- Restart the Session
- End the charging session on the EVRO app (if any session is still active).
- Unplug your vehicle and plug it in again.

Scan the QR code and restart the charging session
- Verify Plug Connection - Make sure your vehicle’s CCS2-Type 2 connector is securely attached. For safety, adaptors are not allowed.

We operate our EV charging stations in partnership with EVRO, which manages charging sessions through its dedicated mobile application.
To ensure a smooth charging experience, please download the EVRO App using the steps below:
For iOS (Apple devices)
- Open the App Store on your device.
- In the search bar, type “EVRO”.
- Tap Download to install the app.
For Android devices
- Open the Google Play Store on your device.
- Search for “EVRO” in the search field.
- Tap Download to install the app.
