The new “Shell Asia” mobile app requires an Apple device with a software version iOS 11.1 or higher and an Android device with software version 6.0 or higher.
The “Shell Asia” mobile app is not available in Huawei devices, for the security and safety of our Shell GO+ members.
Do I need to create a new Shell GO+ account if I was a member of the old mobile app?

No. Existing Shell GO+ members can simply open the new “Shell Asia” mobile app, click the “log in” button, and enter the mobile number used in the old Shell GO+ mobile app.

Open the “Shell Asia” mobile app, select “Philippines” as your country, click “Create Account”, enter your mobile number, request for an SMS OTP, successfully input your SMS OTP, and complete your profile details.

A Shell GO+ account cannot be created without a mobile device and a mobile number.

Please make sure that you have (1) installed the latest software update of your device, (2) installed the latest version of the “Shell Asia” mobile app, (3) disabled all SMS blocking settings on your device, (4) secured a strong network signal and, (5) secured a strong LTE connectivity.
Restart your device and try requesting an SMS OTP again.
