The Great Getaway Raffle

Promo Mechanics:

1. The promotion is open to all ‘Shell Asia’ mobile app customers, except “ambassador” scheme members.

2. The promotion duration is from September 2, 2026 to October 20, 2026

3. To earn qualified entries, a Shell GO+ member must meet the following purchase requirements and use their ‘Shell Asia’ mobile app or physical card during the transactions:

• A customer will earn 1 raffle entry for every 2L purchase of Shell FuelSave Diesel, Shell FuelSave Gasoline, or Shell FuelSave 95 per transaction. Partial liters will not be considered.
• A customer will earn 2 raffle entries for every 2L purchase Shell V-Power Racing, Shell V-Power Diesel, or Shell V-Power Gasoline per transaction. Partial liters will not be considered.
• Shell Go+ Elite members will get 10x raffle entries for every 2L purchase of Shell FuelSave Diesel, Shell FuelSave Gasoline, or Shell FuelSave 95, Shell V-Power Racing, Shell V-Power Diesel, or Shell V-Power Gasoline. Partial liters will not be considered.
• A customer will earn 1 raffle entry for every single receipt transaction worth PHP 250.00 in Shell Select, Shell Café, or Shell deli2go.
• Shell Go+ Elite members will get 10x raffle entries for every single receipt transaction worth PHP 250.00 in Shell Select, Shell Café, or Shell deli2go.
• Max of 100L per transaction can earn raffle entries by a Shell Go+ customer registered as vehicle type “4-Wheeled” and “Multiple” for the entire duration of this promotion.
• Max of PHP 5,000 per transaction can earn raffle entries by a Shell Go+ customer registered as vehicle type “4-Wheeled” and “Multiple” for the entire duration of this promotion.

4. To be eligible for the prizes, a Shell GO+ member must:

• Ensure that their active mobile number, complete home addresses in their ‘Shell Asia’ mobile app profile are filled
• To join the promotion, the Shell GO+ member must provide explicit consent of their participation via the promotion mechanics page found in the ‘Shell Asia’ mobile app.
• Only transactions after customer consent will be eligible for entries

5. A Shell GO+ member may only win once for the first three draws and will still participate in the VIP Experience Draw.

6. Shell GO+ members who did not win the previous draw will have their entries carried over to the following draw.

7. Winners of the previous draws may win for the VIP Experience.

10. The lucky draws will be done virtually in the presence of a DTI representative.

11. Winners shall be notified via registered mail and registered mobile number, and their names will be posted at https://www.shell.com.ph/thegreatgetaway.

12. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Shell with prior approval of DTI. 

13. Selected winners must provide a valid government ID matching the details of their Shell Go+ account to claim the prize at their selected station.

14. The management has the right to reject and/or decline any requests for promo qualification that does meet the above mechanics

15. It is the sole responsibility of the Shell Go+ member to provide the necessary and updated customer information details when they redeem their reward. Failure to do so may result in their disqualification

16. In the event that any information is falsified by the customer during redemption of prize, they will forfeit the reward

17. Prize inclusions and terms:

18. To join the promotion, a member must Subscribe to the Raffle and follow the ff steps to join:

• Log in to the Shell Go+ app.
• On the Home page, tap the Great Getaway banner.
• You will be redirected to the consent page.
• Tap JOIN NOW to provide your consent.
• Once your consent has been successfully submitted, you will receive an offer tile within 48 hours confirming your successful opt-in.
• You will start earning raffle entries up to 48 hours after your consent has been successfully submitted.

19. The promotion is non-transferrable and not for resale.

20. The promotion is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

21. The Shell Go+ member can participate in this promotion in conjunction with other select promotions

22. The promotion’s participants can still earn Shell Go+ points from their transactions

23. The promotion is valid for cash, credit card, pay with points, and mobile wallet transactions only

24. PO, Bulk, and Fleet account customers are not included in this program and promotion

25. Shell Pilipinas Corporation employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.

26. Employees of Shell Pilipinas Corporation’s partner agencies, their advertising agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.

27. Shell Station Retailers and Shell Station Staff, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.

28. Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, are not eligible to participate in the Promo.

29. Shell Go+ members who just registered for the "Shell Asia" mobile app may qualify for the raffle promotion after 48 hours from their complete registration and successful consent

30. Customers will be informed of their valid raffle transactions via push notification after their qualifying transaction subject to marketing consent

31. Customers will also be able to see their total entries in the Partner Offers section under the offers tab even if they consent, but will not be included in the raffle draw if they have unsubscribed from marketing communications

32. Customers will be informed of their total valid raffle entries on a weekly basis starting September 8, 2026 through push and/or e-mail notifications depending on the communication channel subscribed to. See schedule send out for weekly entries earned:

33. In case of site system downtime, Shell Go+ members will still receive their e-raffle entry/ies once the system is back online. In the event of any discrepancy members can send their inquiries via the Shell Customer Service Center. Any missing e-raffle entries will be included for the next eligible raffle draw. Disputes will only be entertained during the promo period, any disputes raised after the promo period will no longer be entertained.

34. Only raffle entries earned within the ‘Covered Transaction Period’ will be considered for each draw date as scheduled

35. Entries from refunded transactions will not be eligible for any raffle draw.
