One (1) Shell Go+ point is equivalent to P0.50.

For Rewards Catalogue items, members are required to check the reward item upon receipt. Items that are broken or are defective must not be accepted and should be surrendered back to the courier. If not, it will be considered as successfully delivered and closed.
If by any chance the reward item (specifically applicable for gadgets and appliances) will be defective and needed to be repaired, all of the reports and request should be raised to Shell Go+ Customer Service for proper endorsement and handling via chat

Can I convert my Shell Go+ points to cash?
Points are not convertible to cash. However, you may use your points to pay for Shell Fuels, Shell Lubricants, and /or Shell Select/deli2go/Shell Café purchases. Please take note that one (1) Shell Go+ point is equivalent to PHP 0.50 during redemption.
How to redeem Giftaway vouchers?
How to redeem Giftaway vouchers?
1. Open your Shell Asia App, and click the Giftaway offer in the homescreen.
2. Click on "here" to start the redemption process.
3. You will be asked to log-in using your registered Shell Go+ Mobile Number
4. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Input your OTP to proceed.
5. You will be redirected to the Giftaway X Shell Go+ webpage. Click accept
6. Select the reward you want to redeem, and click on Redeem. Choose from over 1500 rewards.
7. Choose a denomination and input Name, Email address, and mobile number of the recipient.
8. Your reward will be sent to the mobile number you provided during the redemption process
Conversion guide: 1 Giftaway Credit = 3 Shell Go+ Points.

You can use your Shell Go+ points to pay for Shell Fuels, Lubricants, Shell Select/deli2go/Shell Café products or redeem products in the Rewards Catalogue.

Can I use Shell Go+ points to redeem multiple items?
Yes, as long as the number of Shell Go+ points can cover the requirement needed to redeem the selected item(s).
Note: For Elite exclusive items, only those who qualified for the Elite Program will be able to purchase the catalogue.
Can I use cash to top up on Shell Go+ points redemptions if my points are not enough?
Can I use cash to top up on Shell Go+ points redemptions if my points are not enough?
Yes, you may combine usage of cash, debit/credit card, mobile wallets and Shell Go+ points to pay for Shell products and services. Only the amount not paid with points will earn points.
