If your points disappeared after updating the Shell Asia app, please make sure you are logged in using the same account (mobile number) previously used. Sometimes, points may not display if a different account is accessed.
If you are logged in correctly and your points are still missing, please submit a support ticket using our contact form so we can assist you further.

What's the minimum purchase to earn points?
What's the minimum purchase to earn points?

Key Rules & Mechanics
- Members earn a minimum of 1 point once the required purchase threshold is met.
- Points are awarded based on:
- Liters (for fuel) or
- Peso spend (for non-fuel products/services)
- No partial points are issued.
- All calculations are rounded down before converting to points.
- Points are awarded based on the net amount after discounts.
Example Scenarios
- Buying 3.9L of FuelSave → qualifies for 1 point only (rounded down)
- Spending ₱199 at Shell Select → earns 2 points only (₱100 = 2 points, excess ignored)
- Spending ₱250 on Lubricants → earns 10 points (₱200 counted; remainder not included)

- Inform the site staff that you are a Shell Go+ member
- Provide your registered mobile number at the counter
- Staff will capture your details and submit a request for points to be manually added

No, you need to show your active Shell Go+ app or your physical card (for Shell Go+ Pro member) to earn points.
Will my Shell Go+ points expire?
Will my Shell Go+ points expire?
Yes, Shell GO+ points will expire after 3 years from the day the points were earned.
Points that will expire will be deducted from current points of the member.
When your points are about to expire, the information will appear on the Home screen of your Shell Go+ app.
Unused accounts within six (6) months will make the member inactive and points earned prior will automatically expire.

Can I use/present somebody else’s Shell Go+ card/account to earn points?
Can I use/present somebody else’s Shell Go+ card/account to earn points?
The use of another person's Shell Go+ PRO card or Shell Asia app account is not permitted to avoid fraudulent transactions. Only registered members or members whose cards are tagged to an account with validated personal information (name, mobile number, birthday, etc.) can be allowed to earn points.

Yes. 100 liters per day, 800 liters per month.

Are there products that will not earn Shell Go+ points?
Purchase of mobile phone cards, other services, labor and non-Shell-branded parts beyond oil change (such as spare parts, labor fees), non-Shell branded oil filter, and labor fee from oil change, use of Shell ReCharge, purchase from non-participating stores or establishments within the Shell station, and use of instore services such as Touchpay are not valid for points earning.
