Before redeeming items, make sure you qualify by fueling at least 60L of Shell V-Power fuels in one calendar month.
Redeemed items will be delivered within 45 days. Our logistics partner will contact you to confirm delivery. If you don’t receive your item within 45 days, please reach out to us here
If you redeemed without meeting the requirements, your points will be returned. You can check this under Account and Other Activities in the Shell Asia app.

How to avail the free roadside / towing assistance?
To avail this benefit, simply dial the Shell dedicated hotline at +63 2 8876 1422, provide your name, Shell Go+ membership number, location, vehicle description, and any emergency service needed.
This benefit is available to all Shell Go+ Private with an active standing. To qualify for this benefit, member must maintain minimum of 100 liters of fuels purchased from previous month.

What are the benefits of being a Shell Go+ member?
What are the benefits of being a Shell Go+ member?
As a Shell Go+ member, you get to enjoy exclusive access to Shell rewards and privileges. The points earned can be used to pay for Shell Fuels, Lubricants, Select/Deli2go/Shell Café products or redeem rewards from the catalogue. You are also entitled to Member Benefits such as roadside assistance, battery discounts and other promotions. As a Shell Go+ Pro member, you are entitled to free insurance and scholarship based on terms and conditions.

You will only get bonus points once your referral makes a qualifying fuel purchase at a Shell station.
· If your referral drives a 4-wheel vehicle and fuels up at least P1,500, you’ll earn 50 bonus points.
· If your referral drives 2-wheel vehicle and fuels up at least P200, you’ll earn 25 bonus points.
Your bonus points will appear in your account within 24 hours after your referral completes their first transaction that meets the minimum spend requirement.

When can I get my welcome offer?
A: You will receive welcome offers upon sign in. This applies to both existing Shell Go+ members and those creating a new account.
How many times can I redeem my welcome offers?
Offers are one-time use and will disappear from your Shell Go+ app once redeemed or expired.
What are the offers available for members using 4wheel, Heavy duty, trucks and multiple?
For members using 4wheel, Heavy duty, trucks and multiple,
- Earn 200 bonus points on your first fuel purchase of ₱1,500. Offer valid for 2 weeks from sign-in
- Earn 200 bonus points on your first purchase of Shell Helix Fully Synthetic products within 3 months of signing in"
For members using 2-wheel vehicle
- Earn 50 bonus points when you make your first ₱150 fuel purchase within one week after offer redemption.
- Earn 50 bonus points when you buy Shell Advance Fully Synthetic products for the first time, valid within one month from redeeming the offer.
- Earn 50 bonus points when you make your first ₱250 purchase at Shell Select, Deli2Go, or Shell Café within 2 weeks after redeeming the offer
